The HARP General Manager will be responsible for the supervision of HARP Care Coordinator Supervisors operations within the HARP/ Health Home Division. The HARP General Manager monitors the departmental quality to ensure patient-centered service delivery. The HARP General Manager participates and interacts with all staff in a supportive role as it relates to care management and coordination daily operations. The HARP General Manager will enhance communication and processes within the clinical and non-clinical areas within and between other internal operating departments, to ensure that all member and employee needs are met. The General Manager is tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training needs of departments, developing strategic plans, creating policies and workflows, and communicating business goals.
