Villagio Hospitality Group is growing!!! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has NEW RESTAURANT OPENING experience and is passionate about hospitality!

Requirements

• New restaurant opening experience
• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Developing pre-opening operating procedures for new concept
• Oversight of new restaurant facility setup, including but not limited to small wares, equipment, uniforms, standard operating procedures and processes
• Lead successful training execution of new restaurant opening
• Lead by example, providing exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment for team
• Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to uphold health and safety standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.
