This role drives revenue growth, ensures operational excellence, and oversees sales, installation, customer experience, and profitability. The Bath General Manager manages cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations/Installation, and Service), implements strategic initiatives to grow market share, and maintains high quality and customer satisfaction standards in line with the company’s brand and warranty commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, home services, or bath remodeling services.
  • An additional 3+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record leading multi-functional teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong operational, analytical, and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in bath remodeling or related home improvement services.
  • Prior business unit leadership or P&L management experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and field operations or scheduling software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the bath remodeling business, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost control.
  • Lead and develop Sales, Operations, Installation, and Service teams , ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance.
  • Execute and optimize sales strategy , including lead conversion, pricing discipline, and sales coaching to consistently exceed targets.
  • Oversee field operations and installation quality , ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with warranty and industry standards.
  • Champion an exceptional end-to-end customer experience , from initial consultation through project completion and post-install service.
  • Implement scalable operational processes for scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and labor efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements across all bath operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Leadership to support strategic initiatives and expansion.
  • Build and sustain a performance-driven culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
