About The Position
The General Manager of LaunchPad Golf is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the golf entertainment facility. This leadership role involves ensuring effective management of all aspects of the facility, including field maintenance, team management, customer service, group sales, restaurant operations, and financial performance. The General Manager will develop and implement policies and procedures, manage budgets, and foster a positive work environment to provide exceptional guest experiences.
