As a General Manager at Nekter Juice Bar, you will build and lead a team to help each of our guests have a brighter day just from stopping by. You will operate one of our locations from top to bottom helping to ensure that the Nekter promise is delivered in every cup. Hiring, training, coaching, problem solving, reporting and promoting will be in your hands. Everyday is different and our ideal candidate enjoys an ever-changing work environment and helping to grow our brand promises one guest at a time.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience.
• Point of Sale experience; NCR knowledge is a plus.
• Skills in profit and loss statement review and presentation.
• Food cost and labor cost management skills.
• Food preparation and cash handling skills.
• Passion for healthy food and healthy living.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service while meeting company financial and operational goals.
• Become an expert in the POS system to maximize sales.
• Oversee all cash handling and audit procedures regularly.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with local public health standards.
• Manage profit and loss statements and meet financial targets.
• Handle sensitive employee issues with care and follow HR protocols.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle in the local community through partnerships and promotions.
