About The Position

We are looking for a General Manager in Training to grow with us in the Greater Los Angeles area at our Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, and Los Angeles locations. This role is for an experienced manager ready to contribute to the company's growth. Strong leadership, team development, and a passion for operations are essential. The GMIT will be crucial in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees perform their duties properly and efficiently. The GMIT must lead by example, execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity, and maintain an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude while following all guidelines. This position requires the ability to organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision, offer opinions and recommendations, provide quality customer service aiming for 100% satisfaction, build trust with employees, and foster teamwork. Daily tasks include scheduling, ordering, and running a clean, fun business while meeting store sales goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a 40 hour week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
  • Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
  • Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and its employees
  • MUST have at least two year minimum of Management experience in a Restaurant in a Quick service restaurant
  • Must have open availability
