About The Position

Welcome to Love's! Operations Managers assist/oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for driven individuals looking to make an impact in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Job Functions include hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care. You will ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks. Additionally, you will drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards. You will assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Understanding financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities is also a key responsibility. Collaboration with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition is expected.

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
