As a General Manager-In-Training, you will have the opportunity to advance financially and professionally. At Domino's, we are not just pizza people; we are pizza fanatics. A typical trainee can learn our systems and be running their own store within a year. In your first year as a manager, you can earn up to $85,000 a year. After one year of being a General Manager, you can go on to franchise your own store or pursue other advancement opportunities within the company. We have an aggressive bonus plan for managers who take on new locations, with the last General Manager earning over $32,000 in bonuses and becoming a District Manager. Training is progressive, starting from a delivery driver to a certified pizza maker, and then to management training. You will go through three levels of training, and once completed, you will be eligible to run your own store. We are confident that you will earn a minimum of $52,000 within the first year with tips, mileage, wage, and bonuses, working 45-50 hours a week. Our highest paid manager earned over $145,000 last year, starting as a pizza delivery driver. This opportunity requires an all-in attitude, and while it may not be for everyone, it offers plenty of potential for those who are committed.
