Titan Factory Direct is expanding and seeking top talent to join us as a General Manager in Training for New Manufactured Home Sales. This position does not require a real estate license. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a General Manager at one of our 12 locations, where you will participate in our GM Training program before fully stepping into the role. As a General Manager, you will lead and direct the sales and marketing strategies for your site location. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a highly energized selling culture while collaborating with other Titan leaders to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. This role emphasizes improving the site's revenue performance and market share growth compared to defined competitors. Understanding and directing your team's efforts to align with Titan's company goals and initiatives is crucial for success. You will operate a clean, professional, and organized store, reviewing inventory with maintenance personnel at least once a week. Leading your team will start with morning inspiration meetings and daily training, which will include role-playing sales strategies. You will implement deal meetings with sales professionals, office managers, and operations managers to increase overall store production. Regular one-on-one meetings with each team member are essential for reviewing results, following up on sold files, and inspiring the team individually. Customer follow-ups must be completed within 24 hours of initial contact to ensure excellent service. You will also be responsible for developing and planning sales and marketing strategies at an executive level to maximize results, motivating and coaching a winning team, and meeting budget plans and commitments. Additionally, you will recruit and set interviews weekly to ensure the store's overall success.
