A General Manager must be committed to inspiring the team, helping Customers succeed, and growing the business with integrity. This is a professional level sales and management position that supports functions on both sides of the business. The role requires an understanding of store systems, automotive systems, parts knowledge, and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and assist DIY projects. The General Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Professional Customer relationships and program growth, achieving financial metrics, and maintaining service and appearance standards. This exempt position requires a minimum of 50-55 hours per week, typically 5-6 days a week with 11-hour shifts, including rotating nights and weekends, with an hour for lunch. Additional hours may be required based on business demands.
