What You’ll Be Doing (The Highlights) Be the CEO of Your Domain: You own the P&L. You’re the captain of the ship, making the big calls that drive growth and efficiency. Lead the Legends: You’ll manage a crew of drivers, mechanics, and pros. You’re the coach, the mentor, and the "chief energy officer." Innovate & Dominate: We’re not fans of "that’s how we’ve always done it." If there’s a faster, safer, or greener way to do it—make it happen. Safety is Our Obsession: You’ll ensure every single team member goes home safe every single night. No compromises. Win the Community: Be the face of GFL. Requirements

  • 7+ years in waste, logistics, or heavy industrial leadership
