Directly responsible for the overall operations and effective management of the AOAO and property rental program. Working closely with the AOAO to ensure grounds and public areas are in pristine condition as well as the Rental Pool to maximize revenue maintain high unit quality standards. Ensuring effective leadership of property operations and all on-site departments in addition to effective communication with OUTRIGGER Corporate office. Maximize profitability, customer satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in condominium and hotel management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred minimum five (5) years’ experience in all phases of condominium and/or hotel/resort management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, marketing, yielding, reservation, daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning and administration of services.
