Together, We’re More. Nestled in Texas Hill Country, Loraloma is a private sanctuary where natural beauty meets curated luxury. Our golf course, thoughtfully designed by David McLay Kidd, winds through dramatic 100-foot ravines along the Pedernales River, offering a playing experience that’s as visually breathtaking as it is thoughtfully designed. With five sets of tees, 100% Zoysia turf, and a commitment to sustainability, the course is crafted for all levels while preserving the natural beauty of the land. Our clubhouse will feature refined comforts including a restaurant, lounge, outdoor fireplaces, and comfort stations throughout the course. At Loraloma, we’re not just offering a round of golf- we’re delivering a one-of-a-kind experience for our members. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for setting vision and instilling culture within the organization, member experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance across all club amenities, programming, and services. The role is centered on entrepreneurial drive, a vison for and focus to deliver ‘unreasonable hospitality’, and integrates a spirit to serve along with a leadership by example approach to management – along with a vigorous governance to protect the club’s assets and culture—delivering anticipatory, personalized service and brand consistency while being the ambassador of our luxury private club. The General Manager sets the service vision, implements standards, and holds department heads and all team members accountable, balancing member satisfaction with disciplined business execution – and an intense focus on creating value for the business through the quality of its operations. The GM serves as the face of the club, overseeing staff hiring, training, developing departments and departmental standards, and ensuring all operations and member experiences meet the highest standards of excellence.
