About The Position

Gold's Gym PNW is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our team. As a Club Manager, you have the responsibility for nurturing a club culture that champions your members and team members to be Motivating, Authentic and Passionate. You cultivate your club's culture through assembling a team of people who are committed to improving lives through fitness and strengthening the communities we serve! By delivering a consistent member-centric focus, and connecting with and empowering your team, you create a rewarding experience that generates financial results throughout all departments within your club.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency in fostering a high-performance culture through effective people development, innovation, and collaborative leadership.
  • Possess 2-4 years of progressive management experience, overseeing 12-20 employees within a team-oriented environment.
  • Acquire 3-5 years of diverse retail, hospitality, or operations industry experience, emphasizing operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Dedication to training, developing, and mentoring team members through active observation, coaching, accountability, and leading by example.
  • Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on listening!
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required.

  • Lead by example, motivating and guiding team members to deliver an outstanding membership experience consistently.
  • Establish an inclusive culture aligned with the company's brand, values, and strategic vision.
  • Drive revenue generation across memberships, fitness programs, and labor initiatives, inspiring your team to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Recruit and develop top talent, fostering their growth into exceptional leaders within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to identify and overcome obstacles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage all facets of the business to include sales, fitness, and gym operations.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement in sales, service, and fitness categories.
  • Guide and support team members in setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Facilitate transparent communication channels to keep all team members informed, engaged, and equipped with the necessary training and resources.
