About The Position

This position will be a floating GM with the ability to travel between Janesville, Stoughton, and Madison stores.

Requirements

• 2+ years of GM-level experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong leadership and operations skills
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background and driving record check

Nice To Haves

• Previous new restaurant opening experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations—you're hands-on 70–80% of the time
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
• Handle food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and bank deposits
• Jump in on the line, run the register, or clean when needed
• Open as early as 6 AM or close at 11 PM
• Ensure excellent service, food safety, and a clean, organized store
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism
• Serve as the go-to leader for your team
