About The Position
FloSports is looking for a General Manager of Grappling to serve as the sports leader to drive the company's vertical strategic direction, including programming, financial goals, and go-to market strategy. As the public face for the FloSports Grappling vertical, the GM will partner with department leaders and vertical-dedicated staff to deliver on key objectives. The GM will be accountable for outlining, communicating, and directing operational execution and strategy that will be core to the vertical and the company's success. This leader will identify market and operational gaps and opportunities, establish milestones to execute a multi-year vision, and possess the leadership traits and proven success necessary to deliver results with cross functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. This position is based in Austin, Texas.
