Requirements

• Senior living industry experience required.
• 3 years of progressive management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A passion for hospitality, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and team members.
• Ensure high resident and employee satisfaction across all departments.
• Oversee community operations, compliance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct operational audits and uphold company policies.
• Manage monthly financial performance, reporting, and forecasting.
• Develop annual business plans and budgets.
• Maintain the building, equipment, and physical assets to brand standards.
• Guide sales planning and community growth initiatives.
• Drive a culture of innovation, customer service, and fun.
• Stay current on industry trends and proactively implement improvements.
