Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience within the electrical or industrial services industry
Strong operational management skills with a background in project delivery, estimating, or service operations.
Demonstrated success managing teams of varying levels, including office and field personnel.
Solid financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and P&L oversight.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple functional areas, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, estimators, service teams, and field leaders.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance for the region or business unit.
Ensure projects and service calls are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality expectations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business development.
Lead workforce planning, staff development, and recruitment needs to support sustained growth.
Implement company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures consistently across teams.
Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
