We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our Document Automation & Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) business. This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership role with accountability for sales growth, revenue delivery, and market leadership. The GM will be both a strategic driver and a hands-on sales leader — shaping go-to-market strategy, engaging directly with customer executives, and serving as the product SME in strategic sales cycles and a thought leader in the marketplace. This leader will be responsible for closing business, driving pipeline, and expanding adoption, ensuring that every customer engagement links our solutions to measurable business outcomes.

  • Full accountability for bookings, ACV, and growth of the Document Automation & IDP business.
  • Identify build strategies for product sales and expansion leveraging multiple sales channels and across vertical and horizontal markets.
  • Position Automation Anywhere’s product offerings as a leader in the IDP industry.
  • Ensure our AEs have the knowledge and tools needed to identify opportunities in accounts and pitch our offerings.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives and decision makers, presenting the value proposition and guiding complex enterprise deals to closure.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in customer meetings, linking business needs with solution capabilities.
  • Serve as a resource to influence product development and product marketing teams.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure deployments deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Build repeatable solution plays, industry use cases, and win themes to accelerate growth.
  • Build a cross-functional team to deliver results.
  • Strengthen relationships with global system integrators, BPO organizations, and technology partners.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events, analyst briefings, and executive forums.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 15+ years of enterprise software experience, with significant time in automation, AI, or intelligent document solutions.
  • Relevant and deep expertise in the Document Automation and IDP space.
  • Proven record of driving enterprise sales cycles, closing large deals, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage C-level leaders.
  • Hands-on product and solution expertise that enables consultative, value-based selling.
  • Experience building and scaling global GTM organizations with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Track record of delivering customer outcomes and creating ROI-driven success stories.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries.
