About The Position
Pasek Security Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our South Boston and Salem, NH offices. This leadership role is pivotal in managing our Commercial Security Integration (ISS) and Entry Door Systems (EDS) businesses. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations, including full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring that all service, repair, and installation jobs are handled efficiently, effectively, and profitably. The position requires daily interaction with personnel at all levels, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction and return business. In this role, you will lead and manage all divisional operations, focusing on improving operational processes and procedures to maximize profit and return. You will also manage sales efforts, directly and indirectly overseeing sales employees to achieve budgeted sales and gross profit objectives while growing the Territory and Key Account customer bases. Collaboration with the East Area Manager to establish sales and operating budgets is essential, as is delivering profit dollars that meet or exceed the yearly financial budget/forecast. The General Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing new employees, improving individual performance through daily coaching, monthly P&L and Scorecard reviews, and yearly performance reviews. Effective leadership in meetings, setting performance expectations, and holding employees accountable is crucial. Additionally, you will communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and resolve any issues that may arise.
