About The Position

Papa John's Pizza of Utah, a beloved local establishment in the greater SLC region for 26 years, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager Designate to join our dynamic team. As a General Manager Designate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented staff and learn the ins and outs of our successful pizza business. The goal of our General Manager Designate is to direct and lead one of our 23 restaurants in the greater Salt Lake City Area and we are still growing!

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle record check and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable.
• People-oriented and adaptable/flexible.
• Detail-oriented and achievement-oriented.
• High stress tolerance and thrives in a high-pressure environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a management role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead one of the 23 restaurants in the greater Salt Lake City Area.
• Work closely with staff to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
• Learn the operational aspects of the pizza business.
• Support and encourage performance-based promotions within the team.
