About The Position
The General Manager will oversee all studio functions from membership & retail sales to instructor performance & evaluation. They will lead all sales efforts, drive membership growth, and develop strategies to prevent member attrition to competitors. The General Manager will hire, train, and manage Sales Associates within their studio, as well as utilize discretion and independent judgment in directing the work of all employees & personnel. Fitness experience and/or knowledge of Pilates is preferred, but not required. Be a part of the growing boutique fitness industry and join our Team!
