About The Position

The General Manager (GM) at TITLE Boxing Club is a pivotal role responsible for executing all sales, fitness, and operational functions within the club. The GM is dedicated to providing an exceptional member experience while fostering a team environment that ensures the club's financial success. This position requires a focus on end-to-end management and development, emphasizing effective resource allocation, scheduling, team performance, goal setting, and delivering outstanding customer service. As the ultimate brand ambassador, the GM upholds company policies and standards to maintain the integrity of the TITLE Boxing Club brand. In this role, the GM is tasked with hitting monthly revenue targets through various channels, including membership enrollment and retention, class packages, private training, equipment sales, and retail sales. The GM will cultivate and maintain a high-performing team that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values. This includes managing all aspects of employment and development, from resourcing and scheduling to performance evaluations. The GM will also facilitate ongoing training to ensure that all employees are proficient in club sales, operations, fitness, and TITLE brand standards. Collaboration with Regional Leadership and Corporate is essential, as the GM will communicate regularly to drive the club's sales funnel through prospect generation, marketing events, and new membership units. The GM will create a vibrant, community-focused club culture that maximizes member satisfaction and profitability. Additionally, the GM will oversee club operations, ensuring a clean, friendly, and well-maintained environment, while also managing employee interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll. Meeting and exceeding TITLE's key performance indicators for club metrics through regular reporting is also a critical responsibility.
