About The Position
The Central Fill (CF) General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a new, highly efficient CF Pharmacy location. This role combines elements of healthcare and technology, focusing on production line management, customer experience, team development, compliance, and continuous improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet financial goals. The General Manager will lead a diverse team and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
