About The Position
As the General Manager at Casa Dani, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring that we deliver an extraordinary hospitality experience. This position requires a strong commitment to innovation and service, as you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service. You will be expected to foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration, while also driving performance and productivity through effective coaching and development of your team. Your responsibilities will include managing the financial aspects of the restaurant, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control. You will work closely with regional and corporate management to develop and implement annual operating plans and policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring compliance with all local and company-mandated regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant environment. You should possess strong local hospitality experience and a commitment to building connections within the community. Your ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and drive team engagement will be essential to your success in this role. You will also need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively lead your team and interact with guests.
