About The Position
FDH Aero is a global leader in aerospace distribution and supply chain, with capabilities in electronics, hardware and aftermarket services. The General Manager, Cable Assembly will lead and oversee manufacturing and production operations for FDH's cable assembly operation in Naugatuck, Connecticut and Wake Forest, North Carolina. This leader will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and scalability on the factory floor. This role demands a hands-on leader who will direct, plan, and optimize manufacturing operations while building and developing a high-performance production team. This leader will be accountable for operations performance and overseeing the hiring, training, and talent development of the operations team to align with business objectives. Success in this role requires relentless execution of process improvements, operational excellence and commitment to delivering results across the sites.
