About The Position
Be THE leader of an elite luxury service team at Blue Duck Tavern here at Park Hyatt Washington! Join us for this incredible opportunity leading our hotel's Michelin acclaimed Restaurant, Blue Duck Tavern, our Blue Duck Lounge, and our In-Room Dining operation. Our 220-room hotel is located in the West End neighborhood, just a few blocks away from the iconic Georgetown waterfront. We are looking for a passionate General Manager leader who cares about making a difference and running a well-functioning department, by leading dedicated colleagues to care for our guests through caring and authentic service. At Park Hyatt Washington, we strive to improve our operation through experimentation and empathy. This leader will live our values and develop the team as we look to reach even higher levels of success. The General Manager will oversee the entire experience, bringing new and creative ideas to retain and attract business, and lead a team of approximately 50 colleagues. They will work closely with the culinary team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests and patrons.
