About The Position

This job is for a Salaried General Manager or Assistant Manager position. If hired, you will be hired as an assistant manager at one of our locations with the opportunity to become a General Manager. We need to ensure you have the proper training in all departments and have the leadership skills required to run a successful restaurant.

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Ability to transfer to any of the locations in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Working with leadership to set the restaurant's goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals.
• Leading a team of Department Managers and helping them set their own goals.
• Following up on Department Managers' progress and providing coaching and direction.
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
