We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager for our used car department. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing leaders and achieving superior results in a high-volume dealership environment. This role requires a detailed, process-driven leader who can hold staff accountable for results and lead from the front lines. The General Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating all department managers, ensuring that volume commitments to the manufacturer are met, and maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel. The position also involves communicating management policies and procedures to all team members, motivating and rewarding employees, and ensuring that the core values of the company are upheld at all times. Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.
