About The Position
Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our General Manager role. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do. We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented General Manager to lead our business unit dedicated to Hearing Aid Benefit Administration in the USA making hearing aids affordable to American through their health insurance (commercial, Medicare Advantage, discount plans). This role is pivotal in driving growth by strengthening our relationship with our current health plan partners, adding new clients, building a compelling value proposition and developing a strong providers network, starting from our Miracle-Ear network.
