The General Manager leads a vibrant, multi‑unit corporate dining operation in South San Francisco, CA delivering an exceptional guest experience built on culinary excellence, hospitality, and innovation. This role oversees café and catering services while cultivating strong client partnerships and shaping a dynamic, modern food program. As this client is part of a Global Strategic Account, the GM plays a critical role in upholding elevated standards, aligning with global expectations, and ensuring a seamless, world‑class service experience. The General Manager drives financial performance, inspires and develops diverse teams, and ensures flawless execution across all service areas. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in corporate dining or hospitality operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across multiple corporate dining venues, ensuring exceptional service, culinary excellence, and a consistently elevated guest experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships by communicating proactively, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Inspire, develop, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic operational planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety regulations, and all operational policies across the entire dining program.
