About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5- Food for Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. This manager will oversee the comprehensive management, coordination, and strategic direction of our campus dining programs. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years functional experience.
• Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L background.
• Experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.
• Passion for a high level of customer service.
