Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 of Child Nutrition to lead food services at Monroe Public Schools in Monroe, Michigan. Requirements

• Associate's degree with two years of school nutrition experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
• Strong financial acumen and P&L background
• Understanding of USDA regulations for child nutrition programs
• Experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership
• Knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
