About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 to oversee the food service operations at the University of South Carolina Upstate located in Spartanburg, SC. The University of South Carolina Upstate is a regional comprehensive university offering more than 50 undergraduate and graduate programs. The campus is conveniently situated along the I-85 corridor in Spartanburg between Greenville and Charlotte. Requirements

• Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
• Strong financial acumen and P&L background
• Experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
