About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager for Food Services at UMass Memorial Health - Memorial Campus in Worcester, MA. This role involves overseeing all food operations within a 250-bed hospital and a small off-site outpatient building. The General Manager will lead a team of 7 managers and 80 frontline employees, ensuring high-quality food services and compliance with health regulations. This position is part of the Sodexo food service management team and is bonus eligible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of functional experience in food and nutrition leadership in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
