About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food services for a potential sale at a K‑12 school district in Indiana . If you’re energized by leading teams, elevating dining experiences, and making a daily impact, this role offers the opportunity to do all three. As the GM, you’ll do more than oversee operations—you’ll shape the student experience by driving innovation, strengthening service excellence, and empowering a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience with demonstrated experience ensuring USDA guidelines within student nutrition programs, such as the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
  • ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume busin ess
  • have strong financial acumen, and P&L background
  • experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
