About The Position

Sodexo is a seeking a General Manager 3 for the new Texas Behavioral Health Center at UTSW Medical Center located in Dallas, TX. In this role, the General Manager will lead food service operations with a strong focus on client relationships, financial performance, and improving patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who fosters an inclusive culture and drives successful business initiatives.

Requirements

• has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 3 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 3 years
