About the position
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at USAA in Colorado Springs CO. The current food landscape is 1 corporate cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, a Micro-Market and Catering Operations. The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 on site and oversee the day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the client relationship
- Manage the budget/finances
- Leading and developing a team of 15 to 20 hourly employees
- Must have some culinary knowledge-menuing, ordering, requisitioning, buying
Requirements
- Experience managing FOH and BOH
- Innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost
- Customer driven and strong track record in organizational development
- Superior client relations skills and executive presence
- Culinary knowledge
- Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
