About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 - Food for UnityPoint Health - Grinnell Regional Medical Center located in Grinnell, IA. The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food & Nutrition for the hospital. The General Manager will come with a background in food service management with a proven ability to lead teams and foster culture. Incentives Relocation Sign-on Bonus

Requirements

Proven leadership experience with a focus on employee engagement.
Culinary production experience and strong knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive environment.
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Food & Nutrition Services.
Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
Deliver high-quality food services, including patient meals, retail dining, and catering.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and regulatory standards.
Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff.
Create a positive, patient-focused environment that reflects Sodexo’s commitment to quality.
