Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 - Central Harnett Hospital– in Lillington, NC. Central Harnett Hospital, part of Cape Fear Health has 50 acute care beds, though it was designed to expand to 150 beds with future floors, and serves as a key facility within the larger system alongside Betsy Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dunn. It offers emergency services, inpatient care, and outpatient surgery from its Lillington location
What You'll Do
The General Manager will be responsible for department financials and daily operations of patient services, retail café, and catering. This position will support a team of frontline associates.

Requirements

• has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience
