Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) Kings Bay Commissary located in Kings Bay, GA. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli / bakery operation
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Successful customer service skills
• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum
• Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years

Responsibilities

• manage frontline staff
• oversee deli / bakery operations
• ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance
• foversee rontline training programs, and/or
• daily operation standards
