This position is responsible for overseeing all operations at the store, ensuring that all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations are managed effectively. The role requires setting an example for the crew by adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging in local store marketing. The candidate must work well with team members and other store management.
