About The Position
As a team member, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Your duties will include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining a perfect image, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and contributing to profitability.
