About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. This role involves working for a fun and flexible company, providing valuable work experience. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your crew does the same. The company prides itself on promoting from within, allowing for quick advancement to General Manager positions. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and with proper experience, Assistants and General Managers can earn between $21 to $26 per hour, including sick pay, possible vacation pay, and health care.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and follow proven systems
  • Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
