About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. This role is about having fun while working in a flexible environment. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. With proper experience, Assistants and General Managers can earn between $21 to $26 per hour, which includes sick pay, possible vacation pay, and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are also eligible for performance-based bonuses. The company prides itself on promoting from within, providing opportunities for advancement to General Manager and beyond.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
