About The Position

The position involves leading a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives (CSRs) to ensure that orders are expedited quickly and accurately. Responsibilities include managing store operations, conducting nightly bank deposits, performing product inventory counts, and ensuring the store is ready for business at opening. The role requires fostering a sense of urgency with each order and maintaining compliance with Domino’s Operation Evaluation Review standards. Additionally, the position involves communication with other managers and staff, calculating product needs for deliveries, training staff, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. The manager will also handle customer disputes, ensure delivery vehicles meet inspection standards, assist with routing drivers, and promote pizza products and specials. Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership role within a retail or food service environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and train staff effectively.
  • Understanding of inventory management and product ordering.
  • Proficiency in using computer-based order entry systems.
  • Ability to handle customer disputes and ensure satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of P&L ledgers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of delivery drivers and customer service representatives (CSRs).

  • Responsible for end of the night bank deposits when closing.
  • Conduct nightly product inventory counts when closing.
  • Ensure the store is set up properly and ready to receive orders at opening.
  • Foster a sense of urgency with each order.
  • Ensure compliance with Domino’s Operation Evaluation Review standards.
  • Oversee total store operations.
  • Communicate with other managers and staff regarding business operations.
  • Calculate product and ingredient needs for bi-weekly deliveries.
  • Train the General Manager in Training (GMIT) on store operations.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on business needs.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules based on labor needs.
  • Collect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at shift end.
  • Resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles pass inspection.
  • Assist with routing delivery drivers for optimal service.
  • Read and understand P&L ledgers.
  • Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
  • Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
  • Receive cross-training for various store operations.
  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
