About The Position

The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. This position involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training will be provided on the job. Team members must possess strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (for driver positions)
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery (for driver positions)

Nice To Haves

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Experience in customer service

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer (for driver positions)
• Deliver flyers and door hangers (for driver positions)
