About The Position

The General Manager position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and handle customer orders both over the phone and in person. Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and to the door of customers.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
