About The Position

As a team member, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring that your crew does the same. Your duties will include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining a perfect image, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and contributing to profitability.

Requirements

• Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
• Experience in preparing products and processing telephone orders.
• Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Skills in cleaning equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Strong communication skills for processing orders both over the phone and in person.
• Mathematical skills for accurate monetary transactions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
