About The Position

As a team member, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring that your crew does the same. Your duties will include staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image, adhering to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and contributing to profitability.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate all equipment used in the store.
  • Skills to stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas.
  • Experience in preparing products and processing telephone orders.
  • Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Willingness to clean equipment and facility regularly.
  • Strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling monetary transactions.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
